A comprehensive, 75 minute session designed to explore your health concerns, case history, lifestyle, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll begin uncovering the root causes behind your symptoms — looking at the whole picture, not just the parts. You’ll leave with an initial treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, rooted in evidence-informed naturopathy and traditional wisdom.

These sessions are for ongoing care and refinement, available in either 40 or 60 minutes depending on your needs. We’ll review your progress, adapt your treatment plan, and address anything new that’s come up. Longer sessions allow more time for complex cases or multiple areas of focus. Each consult is also a space for deeper support — integrating naturopathic principles at a pace that feels right for you. Education, empowerment, and connection are central to this stage of the journey.

A shorter 20 minute session for existing clients who need focused support with an acute issue — such as mild digestive discomfort, a skin flare-up, a cold, or stress-related symptoms. You’ll receive quick, practical recommendations to help you feel better sooner, without compromising the holistic nature of your care.
